We always directly contact You after placing order to verify the data of delivery and payment! We do not send any order in a blindfolded manner (at random), it’s important to us that You will get it by the most convenient way.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability or post service. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Returns and exchanges
Bats has a 14 days return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 10 days of receipt.
Goods, while you return them and as long as we have not received them, are your responsibility. For their safety, we recommend You to send parcel using courier express service that will insure Goods, and provide you with accurate information about estimated delivery time.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges will shipped by your expense.
Return of made to measurements ( Personal order )
Made to Measure items shall be returned/exchanged only in case of defective or wrong item. In accordance with Article 484 and Article 487 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Buyer shall accept ordered Goods and pay the full price. Buyer is notified that in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” Goods of proper quality, Made to Measure, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Receiving a refurnd
our refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card If the complete order is returned a refund will exclude Bats shipping costs. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to Bats within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
Important information
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
We prefer that items are returned through EMS express with ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.

Bats quality guarantee
If an item received is classifed as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
